This can range from short to longer term activities such as campaigns, overflow, annual events, emergencies, or after hours support. Telstra can provide the facilities, the tools, the processes (including scripting), as well as the people to manage your communication functions as if they were part of your business. This eliminates the need for you to develop and manage a customer contact centre yourself.
