Overview

Telstra's Voice2Text™ service helps to make sure you never miss an important message while you're in a meeting. With Telstra's new Voice2Text™ service, voice messages received on your mobile phone's MessageBank® are automatically converted to text and sent straight to your mobile as a text message (SMS). You don't have to wait until your meeting ends to receive an urgent message or the latest update from your staff, suppliers or customers - just read it and call or text back straight away.

With Voice2Text your business can:

  • react quickly to important missed calls – messages are converted to text and sent directly to your mobile phone
  • have important caller information on-hand - the caller’s number is sent with text message
  • access original voicemails – you can also listen to the original voice message by dialling 101.

Voice2Text converts messages to text so you can read them without having to dial and wait for MessageBank. You can still listen to original voice messages by dialling 101 as you normally would.
