Telstra Integrated Messaging (TIM) combines hosted platform access to Telstra’s SMS messaging technology with the ability to customise, connect and automate common office procedures from staff rostering and remote working to more sophisticated staff or customer communication, directly from a PC to multiple mobile handsets.

TIM has been developed in conjunction with Soprano Design Pty Ltd, one of Australia’s leading SMS applications developers. This partnership allows Telstra to deliver customised and ready made solutions, complete with end-to-end support.

TIM can minimise enterprise time and expense, by integrating ready-to-deploy business messaging applications to your existing systems, or working to create custom-built applications to suit any specific business needs or existing systems.
